What’s the best camera?

I cannot stress enough but emphasize that the best camera is the one that is always on you.

Once again waling my 4 legged friend for an early morning walk / play / run at Myrtle beach. The sun was just rising, but I was too late, lazy and tired to set up my Canon, but couldn't help pass up on the moment when the waves were simply glowing in gold with the sun rising behind them.
