Great read. AI/ML is here to stay, and ChatGPT is one fine implementation of this. We will see a lot more AI/ML going forwad and its time to embrace this rather than ignore it.

3 Delegation

To some it comes naturally and some build this over time, but this is a great peiece of advivse:

Delegation often fails when the delegator & the delegate are not aligned on the expected quality of the work. An effective solution is for you as the delegator to clarify expected quality on a 1-10 scale.
